We are authorized distributors for several manufacturers: Anatex, Guidecraft, KidKraft, Jonti-Craft, Hape International (Educo), Great Waits and others. Many items ship directly from these respective warehouses. As such, if ordering multiple items, you will possibly receive more than one shipment. In these cases, you will be notified and given tracking numbers for all items. For single item sales, tracking numbers will also be provided when item ships. DELIVERY PARAMETERS:
At this time, we ship within the contiguous United States. Alaska
will incur an additional shipping charge for UPS air delivery. We will provide you with the final additional shipping cost once location is known. This will be added to your total purchase cost. Please refer to our Shipping Chart

Most times, items that are currently out of stock are so noted on the item's webpage. In rare instances, items listed as in stock may, in fact, be out of stock at time of purchase. If this is the case, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If at all possible, we will give you an ETA (estimated time of arrival) on the item to the best of our ability. Please be aware that ETA for out of stock items is not definitive and may change subject to manufacturer's notice, including items that have been discontinued and are no longer available. Our shopping cart is structured so that you will be charged at the time of purchase, whether or not an item is on backorder or no longer available.
