Returns on Defective or Damaged Merchandise:

If an item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, we will replace it or refund your money, whichever you choose, upon receipt of original merchandise. All original merchandise being returned must be returned in the original packaging with any pertinent printed materials. You must notify sales@the-toy-palace.com immediately upon receipt of damaged merchandise (or within the 30-day time frame) for further instructions. Failure to follow this procedure may void our obligation to honor this guarantee; it will be solely determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Returns on NON-Defective Merchandise:

We will accept returns on non-defective merchandise for 30 days from sale date. Item must be unopened, and originally packaged. Failure to comply with this provision will void your rights of our guarantee. You must notify sales@the-toy-palace.com for further instructions. **NOTE** Shipping charges are non-refundable, and item must be returned at customer's expense. A 20% restock charge will apply and be deducted from refund amount. Immediately upon receipt of returned item(s), customer will be refunded via method of original payment.
