Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse. We must be notified within 10 days for items arriving damaged. For non-defective Great Waits purchases, these can be returned within 90 days of ship date. You must notify us within this time frame for a Return Authorization or returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
