During this period, your Great Waits item will be repaired or replaced, at our descretion, for any product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse. We must be notified within 10 days for items arriving damaged. For non-defective Great Waits purchases, these can be returned within 90 days of ship date. You must notify us within this time frame for a Return Authorization or returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge.
